More and more people decide to stop eating meat. Numerous studies show the beneficial effect of meat-free diet on health. It should be noted, however, that elimination of meat may result in the deficiency of certain nutrients, for example iron, zinc or vitamin B12. To avoid nutrient deficiency, it is a good idea to consult the dietitian on planning the right menu and compiling vegan or vegetarian dishes.
